we at Music Connections will be continuing to run weekly
'Sing for Joy' sessions by making them available online.
We would love you to join us each Friday morning on ZOOM
at 11.00am for a FREE 45 minute session of singing
with our choir leader, Jacky Webbe.

MUSIC CONNECTIONS is for community groups, senior groups, day centres,
care homes, people affected by dementia and their carers.
Music has the capacity to improve a person's mood and lift spirits and most of all it can bring great joy
Music helps people to "live in the moment".
Music is good for health and can reduce anxiety and agitation.
The aim of MUSIC CONNECTIONS is to encourage people of all ages and abilities to engage in music activities that are creative, fun, enjoyable - and who meet regularly to sing uplifting and inspirational songs that can be beneficial to their health and wellbeing.

The sessions are open to anyone living with dementia, any rare diseases or other health concerns. Whether they are living independently or resident in local Care Homes.
The sessions are open to all who enjoy connecting with music.
The sessions are held every week
for an hour of lively and interactive singing.
